I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is great with easy access to public transport and a 24-hour restaurant nearby. The rooms were clean, but they didn't match the online pictures, and I could hear my neighbors quite clearly. While the staff was friendly and helpful in certain areas, my initial interaction regarding the air conditioning was a little off-putting. Overall, it has good potential, but a few improvements could make it much better.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right near many restaurants and SetiaWalk Mall. However, the rooms had a lingering cigarette smell and were noisy, which detracted from the comfort. The service could really use some improvement as the staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating.
